I closed my binomo account last week, and overall it went okay. Support did get back to me, but it took a few messages and some waiting in between. They were basically saying things like, “please confirm your request” and “we’ll forward it to the relevant team,” so it wasn’t bad, just not super quick. I do wish the steps had been explained more clearly from the start, because I had to ask a couple of follow-up questions. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I expected

The app is fine when it actually works, but it’s really frustrating how often the server drops or freezes right in the middle of trades. That’s the worst possible time for it to happen, i’d expect at least an apology or some kind of acknowledgment when it does.

I finally got verified after waiting, but the whole process made me feel kind of stuck. I kept checking back with no clear idea of when it would be done, like I was trapped waiting on something I couldn’t control. Glad it’s sorted now, but the wait was frustrating...

I used binomo for a bit, but the price quotes just didn’t feel right way too many times. I’d check the same pairs on other platforms and the numbers wouldn’t match, sometimes right as my trade was about to close. I even tried asking about it because it’s a basic thing to get clear answers on, but it felt like my concern was ignored. Maybe it was lag or something, but either way it cost me money and left me really frustrated. I don’t trust it enough to use it again...

I’m genuinely impressed with this app so far. It runs really fast on my phone, and I haven’t dealt with any annoying lag yet, which feels like such a relief.

I did get paid in the end, so no big issue there. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I found myself checking the date and time more than I probably needed to. Everything came through eventually, but the waiting part was a little annoying.

My account ended up getting blocked and a few features were restricted, which was annoying. I’m not saying everything was terrible, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. Support did get back to me eventually and the issue was fixed in the end, but it took longer than I would’ve liked...

I used Binomo for a little while and the fees and commissions just got annoying. Every time I thought I made a small profit the charges took a chunk out of it. Withdrawals felt like they had too many catches too. Not really for me it just felt too expensive overall.

I kept running into menus that sounded awkward and buttons that didn’t really make sense. It makes the whole thing feel unfinished. I’d report it to customer service, but I don’t have much faith they’d actually do anything about it

I’d give Binomo 4 stars. The asset list is decent for daily trading — I can usually find the main currency pairs, plus some popular stocks and crypto without digging around too much. That said, there were a few assets I wanted that were either missing or not available when I checked. It’s not perfect, but it has enough for me most days

I used Binomo for a little while, the platform itself worked fine enough. But the regulation side kept bothering me. I know trading always comes with risk, but I feel a lot more comfortable when a platform is really clear and solid about who regulates it. With Binomo, I just didn’t get that same sense of security I’ve felt with some other platforms. Because of that, I wouldn’t feel okay putting a larger amount of money there. It might be fine if you’re just testing things out with a small amount, but for me, trust matters a lot, and I’m still not fully confident.

I’ve been using Binomo mostly for checking charts and basic indicators, and they’re easy to read. I’m not saying I need every advanced tool out there, because for the way I trade, the current setup does the job. That said, I do sometimes catch myself wishing there were a few more drawing tools to mark things up better. Still, for everyday use, it works fine for me.

I waited days to get help, and when a response finally came, it felt like a copy-paste message. Nothing really addressed my issue, and it gave me that frustrating feeling that there wasn’t an actual person on the other end. Annoying experience overall

I’d avoid this for the time being. Something about the whole experience just felt risky, and I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with it. I’ve already tried raising my concerns, and if this doesn’t get addressed properly, I’ll be escalating the complaint further because it’s not something I feel should be ignored

I tried Binomo and felt like the risk information wasn’t as clear as it should be. At first it looks simple and easy to get into, but you can lose money faster than you expect. I just wish they were a bit more upfront about that before you start, if that makes sense.

Binomo was easy to move around on for me. The buttons were mostly where I expected them to be, pages loaded fine, and I didn’t really get lost trying to find the main stuff.

I had a decent time playing in the tournament, and the matches themselves were fun. The frustrating part was after each round, though. The rankings seemed to update really slowly, and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next or when the next step would happen. It would’ve been a much better experience if the updates and instructions were clearer.

I’ve been using binomo.com for the beginner learning materials, they’re useful. The short lessons and practice tips made it easier for me to understand things without feeling too overwhelmed. That said, a few sections still felt a bit unclear, and I had to go back and reread them a couple of times. Overall, it’s good and helpful, just could be explained a little more simply. Did anyone else have the same issue with some parts being confusing?

My deposit did go through in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. I reached out to support and they did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but in my opinion there’s definitely room for improvement.

Logging into my account feels mostly secure, which is definitely reassuring. The only thing is the verification took longer than I expected, and support was a bit slow to reply too. Not a bad experience overall, haha, just something that could be improved.
